Summer Activities for Children and Young People

We hope you and your families are enjoying this summer holiday. There are still a lot of activities taking place in and around Batley & Birstall to keep children and young people busy and happy!

Yorkshire Tots to Teens

Yorkshire Tots to Teens is the go-to website for Yorkshire family fun by Yorkshire mum Erin and her two Yorkshire Tots.  

Their website and Facebook page are full of ideas for fun and active days out, many of them FREE.

Love Exploring app

Take your visits to the parks to another level with this FREE app. Guided trails, quizzes, interactive maps... and dinosaur safari!

Feedback from BBEST Projects

We have recently run some projects with Rachel from MAMA Unleashed and have been pleased to receive some wonderful feedback from the participants. All of these classes were free to attend thanks to the funding we received from Third Sector Leaders Kirklees and Thriving Kirklees.

This 6 week exercise course was designed to increase confidence and self esteem.

PeerTalk August Newsletter

Our local PeerTalk peer support group meets at Jo Cox House, 90 Commercial Street, Batley, WF17 5DS every Wednesday at 11am – 12.30pm.
