Are you caring for a family member or a friend? Join this picnic organised by Carers Count, a local service supporting unpaid carers in Kirklees.

Carers Count really value having input from unpaid carers and want feedback and ideas directly from those they support. If this sounds like something you would like to get involved with, their next meeting is on Tuesday 24th August 2021 on Zoom at 11am to 12pm.
Well Connected - August and September list of activities
Well Connected brings together charities and community groups in North Kirklees to deliver activities to encourage people to get out and meet others in their local communities. Including informal coffee meet ups, outdoor fitness activities, creative writing and gardening, all activities are designed to improve well-being and confidence, help people rediscover former interests or develop new ones.

Battle Scars - Self-harm peer support groups for adults
Battle Scars is a 100% survivor-led and run registered charity supporting anybody affected by self-harm (from scratching to cutting and from overdosing to eating disorders) running virtual and face to face services.

Action Fraud have received over 700 reports from members of the public who have been sent emails purporting to be from the NHS, offering them a vaccine passport.
