Total Relaxation Online Meet Up

In our busy lives, especially with the stresses that lockdown is bringing to many of us, it is easy to forget to stop and take care of ourselves. Part of this can be making sure we take time to relax deeply.

Your session will consist of a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis session, and you will be given relaxation techniques to take away with you.

Limited to one session per person. Small groups of up to 6 participants. BBEST will contact you following your session to seek your feedback.

Allow 60-90 minutes for your session, try to eliminate potential interruptions, this is your time to relax. It is recommended that you find a quiet, comfortable, chair, sofa or bed to enjoy your session from.

The Big Bulldogs Toy Drive

The Batley Sporting Charitable Trust and Batley Bulldogs have teamed up on a toy appeal, to provide disadvantaged children with toys this Christmas:

The pandemic has hit many families pockets hard this year, so we are looking for donations of new toys for children of Primary school age, such as puzzles, games, sports equipment, things to get creative such as colouring, painting or making or toys that both boys and girls will play with.

Any toy donations can be dropped off at the door to the Community gym building on the entrance to Heritage Road, between 8am – 9.30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays the 3^rd, 8^th, 10^th & 15^th December or by prior arrangement with the Community Team Clare and Jon on the numbers below.
