Role Overview

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources team at an exciting time for both the team and the Trust. Responsible to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will deliver an effective, professional and responsive service to schools within the Trust, undertake complex casework and offer advice, guidance and support in pursuit of timely, creative and effective HR solutions.

The successful applicant will have significant previous experience of undertaking advisory work, hold the level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent, or have equivalent relevant experience), be an effective communicator and be able to work with minimum supervision. A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential, as is the ability to provide the very best levels of service to Senior Leaders and managers across the Trust.

Contractual Terms

37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks

To commence as soon as possible

Grade / Salary

Grade 11

Actual salary: £32,278 to £34,316 per annum
